Watts Bar Utility District (WBUD) service area covers portions of five (5) counties: Loudon, McMinn, Meigs, Rhea and Roane. The service area for Roane and Loudon Counties is broken into two (2) sections; South Roane and East Roane; South Loudon and North Loudon.

Currently, WBUD has 5,600+ active water customers in these counties.
