The service area covers portions of four counties, Loudon, Meigs, Rhea, and Roane.

Loudon County - From The Cove at Blackberry Ridge Subdivision to Highway 72.

Meigs County - Espialiar Bay and From there along 304 South to City of Decatur Connection, Georgia Point Subdivision

Rhea County - Lake Front Estates Subdivision

Roane County - Garlington Point Subdivision, Highland Reserve Subdivision, and The Cove at Blackberry Ridge
