Watts Bar Utility District allows you to pay your utility bills on-line.
 

Please Read the following information below very carefully.

Enter in your WBUD Account information below and click the "Submit" button to be redirected to a form to review your information. If your information is correct, click the "Accept Order," button, once you "Accept Order," you will be redirected to a secure web site to enter in your credit card information.

The "Name that appears on WBUD Account," will not be carried over to the next page.

When entering in credit card number and expiration date, do not put in spaces, dashes, slashes, etc... 

When entering in your credit card information, this information should be the billing address of the credit card. 

Once completed form, you must click the "Submit Transaction" button, only click it once, by clicking the button more than one time, this might charge you the number of clicks.

If you enter in an e-mail address and do not receive an e-mail confirmation, that means the credit card was either declined or not captured for some unknown reason. 

If you DO NOT enter in an e-mail address you WILL NOT receive confirmation by e-mail.

To ensure that you have received proper credit, you should contact WBUD next business day after paying online

Payment settlement time is 11:59 pm est.
Any payment made after 11:59 pm est. will be settled the next business day at 11:59 pm est.
